The unique industrial buildings of the former heating power plant are to be converted into a cultural center and made accessible to the general public. As one of the last building blocks in the overall area, the outdoor facilities of the former switchgear are now produced.

- dismantling paving surfaces, storage for re-installation (approx. 30m2)
- Earthwork (280 m³ of excavation for path cases, manufacture Planum for paved areas: 535m2)
