Framework agreement for accessibility testing
The services described in this list of services are used to test the accessibility of software, websites, apps or other digital products in accordance with applicable standards (e.g. WCAG 2.x, EN 301549, BITV 2.0) at Berliner Wasserbetriebe.
This includes carrying out accessibility tests, preparing the "Accessibility Statement" and preparing reports on accessibility problems, suggestions for improvements, and advice on the implementation of accessibility standards and conducting post-tests to verify the resolved issues.
Furthermore, training courses and workshops will be held for developers, the visually impaired and the blind.
The testing is carried out using the following tools, which change due to updates and/or system changes can change:
- Windows PC
- Screen reader NVDA, JAWS, voiceover
- Braille display model Focus 80 blue
The software applications, websites and apps to be tested are not listed individually because they are in-house developments and used software (e.g. IT Service Portal, GroupWise etc.), websites or apps.
