As part of the open procedure, the Philipps University in Marburg is closing as a state university authorized to refer (also for the institutions associated with the university) for three years and ten Months (46 months) permanent framework with a trading partner for the purchase of software licenses from the Adobe volume license agreement (ETLA) (two product categories: 1. Group for the company-wide use; 2. Group for standard, per user). Basis for this award procedure is the nationwide framework contract "Adobe-ETLA 2025 consortium contract" with the contract number 011461119 (deal registration ID: DR3977440) with the Leibniz data center of the Badw.
The contract includes a term of 10 months and 3 years with the start date of November 23/26, 2025 and the end date September 25, 2029, with the first period of 10 months.
