Description:
In addition to the legally required audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with commercial law as well as the management and group management report of the BSR, the service also includes the supplementary audit in accordance with Section 53 Paragraphs 1 and 2 on the principles of the Bu's budget lawnds and the states (HGrG). This extends in particular to the management and functional areas of organization, monitoring and controlling, investments and financing, procurement and contract awarding as well as the establishment and functionality of risk management. FurthermoreAn in-depth analysis and assessment of the asset, financial and earnings situation is carried out.
