The subject of the framework agreement is the procurement of a central application management tool, additional licenses, services as well as care and support services for digital application recording, evaluation and processing of applications for the clientand your customers.
The acquisition of the services takes place on a matter of need, a specific period cannot be specified. There is no entitlement to accepting the service. The aim of the award procedure is to procure a suitable application management software for the administration andImplementation of applications within the state administration. Three essential requirements should be covered using this tender:
1. Application management software
2. Poster services and support of this
3. Training and support for commissioning the administrative and userPersonnel.
The contract term begins with a surcharge and, if no termination has been made beforehand, two years (minimum contract term). The client reserves the right to extend the contract twice one year each (optional contractual periods).
