Description:
Completion of a framework agreement, to retrieve surveillance cameras from the manufacturer Axis Communications including maintenance and associated services, as well as the licensing and maintenance of the software Qognify VMS.
The term of the framework agreement is 24 months, from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2027(Basic term).
This framework agreement is automatically extended up to twice for 12 months after the basic term has expired if none of the two parties canceled this agreement in writing 3 months before expiry.350,000 euros including VAT.Locations needed.
Old "End of Life" cameras are to be replaced by new ones. Missing cameras have to be purchased.
The BR uses cameras from the manufacturer Axis and uses intensively the Axis Device Manager.Cameras of different types need, inclusive assembly and maintenance by the supplier and service provider.
