Description:
The Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin, TUB, the client/AG) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery of batteries of various types across all TU Berlin facilities, which will enable TU Berlin to do so can be obtained inexpensively and with little effort. Only new items are to be offered and delivered. Remanufactured items, returns etc. or gray imports are excluded. The following other contractual partners are entitled to: to join the advertised framework agreement, provided that after conclusion of the contract they declare their willingness to join in text form to the contractor: - Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin (ASH) - Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin - Hochschule für Technik und Economy Berlin (HTW) - Humboldt University of Berlin (HU) Accumulators, primary cells and primary batteries (CPV code: 31400000)
