• Description:
• The framework agreement for the leasing of bicycles is being advertised. This framework agreement covers a term of 48 months. Based on the framework agreement, the client concludes one for each bicycle ordered by an employee Individual leasing contract with the contractor as lessor. Correspondingly, the AG will, upon request, provide its authorized employees with a bicycle in accordance with Section 63a of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations without and with motor support up to 25 km/h - so-called Pedelecs - (hereinafter: bicycle) for business and private use in compliance with the collective agreement on deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing) of October 25, 2020. The rights and Obligations between the client and his employees with regard to the bicycle and in particular the salary conversion are regulated in a transfer agreement. Please refer to the tender documents for further information. The maximum purchase quantity is set to 250. A minimum purchase quantity is not agreed with the contractor.
