Description:
Various buildings in the Pforzheim, Enzkreis and Karlsruhe area, see building list (Appendix 2 to the contract),
Framework agreement (RV) for the districts of Pforzheim, Enzkreis and Karlsruhe - building planning - architectural services in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 HOAI for building maintenance as well as for small renovations Extension buildings
The planning task includes construction maintenance services for measures with total construction costs (GBK) of up to 300,000 euros gross for at least two years with an extension option up to a maximum of four years.
The client reserves the right to additionally charge the contractor
with small construction work with GBK up to 6,000,000 euros gross.
In this context, the client reserves the right to entrust the contractor with the building planning for the construction project House of Youth Law, Bahnhofstrasse 26, 75172 Pforzheim. The client intends the basic services the Order service phases 5 to 9 as well as special services in service phase 9 in stages.
Cost target: gross building costs of 2,120,000 euros
Intended dates: Completion of the implementation planning by September 30, 2027, start of construction on September 1, 2028, completion of construction on September 30, 2029
The retrieval All services are provided by placing individual orders. The contractor has no right to be assigned an individual order, to a specific order volume or to a minimum order amount.
