Framework agreement on caretaker*Interior services in various accommodations for refugees.
Los 1 (Frankfurter Ring 22; Neuherbergstr. 24)
Off 1 contains the following objects with the estimated weekly expenditure:

The billing takes place after hours actually.
The specified flat -rate prices per hour extend to all services of the contractor, including all Additional costs (in particular also travel, tool and equipment costs, expenses, etc.). The contractor is not entitled to an exhaustion of a certain hourly quota.
Please indicate the hourly rate per person (net) on weekdays (usually 7.30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday (without public holidays), in justified exceptional cases until 8 p.m., see Section I.3.A service description for times).
There are therefore the following expansion options:
• For Los 1 to Three other locations with max. 120 hours / week (up to 13,104 hours over the entire contract period including options).
