Description:
To ensure public transport in the Rhine-Neckar conurbation, Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (RNV) currently operates up to 130 buses and around 300 company vehicles. The company vehicle fleet consists of cars, light commercial vehicles, trailers and commercial vehicles. For maintenance and repair Of these vehicles, RNV maintains two vehicle workshops in Mannheim and Ludwigshafen as well as another bus location in Heidelberg. For the Mannheim and Ludwigshafen locations, Rhein-Neckar-Verkehr GmbH (client) intends to implement framework agreements for three lots to complete a complete tire service for company and special vehicles. Only tires approved by the vehicle manufacturer may be used. The current composition of the vehicle fleet is included in the appendix to the service description (file "Vehicle list as of 10/2025"). For the Framework agreements are subject to the maximum order quantities stated in the tender documents (price sheet). There is no entitlement to acceptance of the maximum order quantities. The following lots can be awarded:
•Lot 1 complete tire service for passenger cars (PKW) and light commercial vehicles (LNFZ) up to 3.5 tons of total weight and trailer,
•Lot 2 complete tire service for commercial vehicles (commercial vehicles) with a total weight of more than 3.5 tons
•Lot 3 complete tire service for public buses (KOM).
