Description:
The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement in the sense of § 4a EU VOB/A with a company (framework contract partner) on construction work for the management 1/3 Fenne - Fuerstenhausen - Carling (f) and management 2 pearls - according to the current planning, it can be both Dedication as well as a new building. As part of the cross -border hydrogen project "Mosahyc", the reconciliation of existing pipes as well as their targeted expansion and the new construction of management parts are planned in the German area. The aim is to connect several electrolysers to the future hydrogen network in the Saarland regions (DE) and Moselle (FR). The subject of the construction work advertised as a framework agreement are deep and pipe construction work, including non-destructive material testing (ZFP) for the conversion of existing lines to hydrogen (planned: Review of a total of approx. 22.6 km pipelines) as well as for the construction of new sections of the route (planned: new construction of a total of approx. 5 km pipes) for the formation of a coherent hydrogen network.
