• Framework agreement for consulting Azure, Endpoint & Operations In the wake of the cyber attack on March 15, 2022, the Helmholtz Center Munich pushed forward with a massive restructuring of its IT infrastructure. The aim is to use the on-premises resources with a modern, good to expand and supplement integrated and powerful cloud infrastructure. The focus of this expansion is the conversion of the entire lifecycle of the devices to cloud-based management (Intune) and the increasing integration of cloud resources from the Azure cloud, for example to set up a fallback network infrastructure. Furthermore, the aim is to set up regular operations in the area of ​​M365 resources. All of this should happen against the background of possible NIS2 regulations and must already be considered accordingly today. Accompanying any procurement process that may be required to procure new components of the IT infrastructure (software or hardware) is NOT part of the consulting service to be procured. The client expects the contractor to fulfill the task in a professionally and technically high-quality, timely, goal-oriented and economical manner, which ultimately results in complete, reliable and implementable advice or recommendations or in the corresponding implementation.
