Framework agreement for consulting services for the creation of the sustainability report, which is obliged to create EU legislation in accordance with the corporate sustainability reporting directive (CSRD) for the Gruen Berlin Group. The company belonging to the Gruen Berlin Group are entitled to access Gruen Berlin GmbH,Gruen Berlin Service GmbH, Gruen Berlin Foundation, GB Infravelo GmbH and GB Infrasignal GmbH. In addition, future subsidiaries of Gruen Berlin GmbH are also entitled to access this framework contract.
