- Framework agreement Continuation of the existing data CAD data preparation Lot 1: Building construction Lot 2: TGA Continuing and existing documentation CAD data preparation building construction Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH uses the Open Building Speedikon CAD system from Bentley System on Microstation2024 Connect Edition and AutoCAD 2021 from Autodesk. The existing data of the building architecture is georeferenced and incorporated in 3D models in a component-oriented manner. These building models form the basis for the use of BIM methodology. On the one hand, these building models represent the graphic information. But further alphanumeric information is also assigned to the digital components. The result represents the asset information model (AIM). These 3D building models, as well as their 2D images (DWG format), are stored as floor plans, sections and views as well as technical maintenance data in a central data pool and are available to all users at the airport. Refer to this data among other things, e.g. the technical trades. This data is the basis for the graphical and alphanumeric information in the CAFM system speedikon FM/speedikonC.
