Description:
D&O basic insurance, with a coverage amount of EUR 25 million (insurance, alternatively co-insurance) Excess insurance, with a coverage amount of EUR 25 million (insurance alternatively co-insurance) Framework agreement on D&O insurance. The subject of the order is D&O insurance with a coverage amount of EUR 50 million per insured event and for all insured events in an insurance period combined. The insurance benefit is “netized” advertised. This means that no commissions or brokerage fees should be explicitly taken into account in the offer (without insurance tax and free of brokerage fees). The Agrarische Rentenbank exclusively aims to award the framework contract insurance companies; Brokers are expressly not permitted. A framework contract is advertised for a maximum term of 4 years (= max. 4 insurance periods). After 4 years at the latest, the contract will become EU-wide again advertised. The insurance period begins on October 1st, 2026, 12:00 noon and ends on October 1st, 2027, 12:00 noon. The insurance is automatically extended by 1 year, unless at least three months before the expiry of the respective period insurance period was terminated.
