• Description:
• The contractor undertakes to the client a) to deliver prefabricated splinter protection curtains and b) if necessary to provide services consisting of the individual service “Direction” and the associated individual service “Professional assembly, disassembly and disposal of splinter protection curtains” in accordance with the service description. 1) The maximum quantity to be delivered under the framework agreement is one hundred and forty-four (144) pieces (splinter protection curtains). 2) The client undertakes to purchase a minimum purchase quantity of sixteen (16) pieces (splinter protection curtains). 3) The contractor is not entitled to any calls from this framework agreement beyond the minimum purchase quantity of the splinter protection curtains. 4) The The maximum amount of services to be provided under the framework agreement is one hundred and forty-four (144) x associated assembly, disassembly and disposal of splinter protection curtains. 5) The contractor does not have any regarding individual services Right to requests from this framework agreement. 6) The delivery of the splinter protection curtains offered and the agreed services can each be ordered independently of one another. The contractor is not entitled to any joint payments Commissioning. (7) Up to the maximum quantities can be called up from the framework agreement.
