Manufacture, delivery and installation of 8 underfloor collection systems
The order consists of the manufacture, delivery and installation or installation of 8 different underground collection systems Usable volumes for paper, residual waste, organic waste and light packaging (approx. 32 collection units and 32 concrete outer containers) according to the electronic list of services for a contract term of 3 years with an extension option of one year starting from January 1st, 2026 to December 29th, 2028.
The Hallesche Wasser und Stadtwirtschaft GmbH expressly points out that there is no obligation to purchase. There is no entitlement to the purchase of minimum quantities. Exact quantities can be determined by the majority of possible uses and designs, as well as use on private and public land cannot be estimated precisely.
The necessary other civil engineering and paving work (excavation pit) is not part of the RV and are commissioned by the property management in coordination with the HWS and ordered on their own account. The costs for the system-relevant Concrete unit are determined through the tender and the prices are passed on to the customer.
To carry out the order, the relevant and applicable official and legal regulations and the recognized safety and occupational health rules must be applied.
