- The scope of services includes the delivery and installation of exclusively new coffee machines, including connection to the existing fresh water network and a 230-volt socket. In addition, the service includes the monthly delivery of coffee beans and regular maintenance of the machines according to the manufacturer's specifications, but at the latest every 6 months, as well as repairs in the event of a fault with a maximum response time of 48 hours. In the event of a failure, replacement devices must be provided. The coffee beans must be suitable for brewing coffee. Not the scope of the order This includes regular cleaning of the machines; The client takes care of this himself according to the manufacturer's specifications. For this purpose, the future contractor must provide the cleaning instructions for the respective machine model as well as the required cleaning and care products. A one-off initial instruction HOWOGE's cleaning staff for machine cleaning is also part of the service. All of the services mentioned and all associated travel costs are fully covered by the price offered. He will be given a fixed date for this. The client assigns a free space with a mains water and electricity connection. The bidder also has the coffee bean he offered in a 2 kg pack to provide the tasting.
