Description:
The subject of the order is the conclusion of a framework agreement in accordance with Section 21 (3) VGV via delivery and services in the area of linear accelerator systems with a supplementary partner. During the contract term, the client can commission the delivery of linear accelerator systems byContractual partner individual orders in accordance with the framework agreement. Further contractual terms can be taken from the draft of the framework agreement. Contracts of the framework agreement are linear accelerator systems as well as operating systems and system integrations. In thePeriod 2025 to 2028 three such suitable linear accelerator systems are to be achieved. They should replace the old systems in the existing premises. The old systems are to be dismantled and disposed of. The current planning sees the following time sequencebefore: ? 2025: Disassembly old system, renovation and installation of a first linear accelerator system (performance class?
