Description:
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the immediate Lower Saxony state administration (see § 2 of the operating instructions of the LZN). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can add further tasks for public law needs inside and outside the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private law societies in full ownership of the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). In this responsibility, the order includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (§ 21 VGV) about the Delivery of articles for blood sampling. All departments in Lower Saxony including the Lower Saxony Islands (lot 1 and 3) and the Free State of Thuringia (Los 2) are entitled to access. Los 1 is advertised in items 1 and 2 product -specific, since all requirements for police use must be fulfilled. The volume of at least 8.5 ml to max. 12 ml represents a requirement for the further processing processes in the blood analysis. Only a combination of aspiration technology and vacuum technology can ensure security for civil servants and a person tested.
