- The present tender should be used to award a framework agreement in accordance with Section 103 (5) GWB i. V. m. Section 8 (2) and § 9 UVGO for the delivery of ink and toner for the police headquarters in Upper Bavaria North, Munich, Lower Bavaria, Upper Franconia, Middle Franconia, Swabian South/West, each with the subordinate Office, as well as for the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office and the Bavarian Police Administrative Office.
