Description:
The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct Lower Saxony state administration (see Section 2 of the LZN operating instructions). With the consent of its supervisory authority, the LZN can carry out further tasks for public service providers within and outside of the Lower Saxony state administration as well as for private law companies with full ownership by the public sector (see § 3 operating instructions). In this responsibility, the order includes the conclusion of a framework agreement with a company (Section 21 VgV). Lot for the delivery of various large-capacity radio patrol cars (Lot 1: Large-capacity radio patrol car (GFUSTW); Lot 2: Large-capacity radio patrol car for the federal motorway (BABGFUSTW); Lot 3: Large-capacity radio patrol car neutral (GFUSTW-N).) The framework agreement for the lots should each have one Contractor is concluded who offers the services requested in the respective offer form. In addition, it is possible to make small adjustments, such as in the radio area or in the text of the special signaling system, which go beyond the specifications in the technical part (part B) to deliver beyond the minimum requirements mentioned.
