Description:
The subject of this tender is the delivery and provision of lunches for daycare centers in lots 1 to 8 from January 2nd, 2026, initially for 12 months. The contract is automatically extended for a further 12 months unless the contract is signed by a contractual partner with a Cancellation takes place within 6 months of the end of the contract. The contract ends by December 31, 2029 at the latest.

The subject of this tender is the delivery and provision of lunches for daycare centers in accordance with Annex 07_Lose 1-8 from January 2nd, 2026 initially for 12 months.
Delivery is expected to take place 222 days per year.
Delivery and transport are canceled on the following days:
- Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
- 8 bridging and planning days (determined annually)
- during the 3-week summer closure period during school holidays Rhineland-Palatinate
- in the period between Christmas and New Year
The summer closure period does not begin and end at the same time for all facilities.
An overview of the closing times per calendar year and daycare center will be sent to the contractor at the end of each year for the following calendar year.
