1.) Delivery with office material (according to the product catalog set) Delivery of the items accessed (currently approx. 250 products,sometimes in different variast / colors) portioning of the accessed items according to individual bundles (currently approx. 230) Delivery to the respective acceptance points (see "B1_ Appendix 1_ Liefer Instructions_25-2000048520")of the catalog as well as the complaint processing by fixed German -speaking contacts and representatives of the contractor during the usual business hours (9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.) of the client care of the portfolio (update) Creation of evaluations (e.g. sales statistics)Provision and maintenance of an electronic material catalog (BMECAT) Withdrawal and exchange of defective items delivered items product recording/way or exchange must be ensured with new product recording or exchanges, a sample and a data sheet must be immediately available if necessaryAppeals are made to remove quantities when changing the product or in seasonal items (calendars) is excluded 2.)
