Description:
The city of Essen is putting out a framework contract for the delivery of office consumables. The internal administration area of the city of Essen includes around 7,000 employees. The majority are housed in buildings in the center of the city, but there are at least 60 others Points of need throughout the city. The departments are currently supplied with office consumables through individual orders from the departments, which are processed via the web shop provided by the current framework contract partner. It's a unified one A common core range catalog has been created from which the city's respective demand points, hereinafter referred to as organizational units, can select and order office consumables. The contractor sets up an online/web shop through which the organizational units can use their Can place orders. The ordered goods must be delivered directly to the specified organizational unit and free to the point of use. Invoicing is sent directly to the respective organizational unit (see Section 3.3 "Invoicing"). The office consumables must comply with European and German technical regulations (e.g. ISO, DIN etc.), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Details on the contract term can be found in Section 3 "Contract/Pricing and Accounting". The quantities listed in the price sheet represent the expected demand during the minimum contract term (24 months) and are based on the call quantities determined in previous years. The calculated requirements for the two optional contract extensions (12 months each) correspond to approximately half of those in the price sheet stated quantities.
