Description:
A framework agreement for two years (with a two -time extension option by one year each) is to be concluded for the digitization of existing files. In departments 2 and 3, several archives are available at various locations of the State Office for the Environment, their files are digitized. There are a total of up to 30,000 files. With reaching the agreed maximum amount of 30,000 files, the framework agreement ends regardless of whether the end of the agreed contract period has been reached. The possibility of this remains unaffected The client, before reaching the agreed maximum amount, to make further individual calls within the framework of the GWB in accordance with § 132 GWB.
