• TenneT TSO GmbH is planning a framework agreement for the dismantling and disposal of transformers, coils, transformers for personal use and special transformers. Details can be found in the tender documents provided on Mercell. The access to the tender documents is limited. You will receive access to the tender documents after signing the attached confidentiality agreement. Non-Disclosure Agreement / NDA To protect the confidentiality of A confidentiality agreement should be concluded for information provided by the client in the tender documents. To do this, use the “Bilateral Confidentiality Agreement” document available for download and send the document you have signed Copy via email to annika.boenig@tennet.eu and daniel.simon@tennet.eu. Bidders are permitted to submit signed confidentiality agreements to the client at any time during the participation application process. The client becomes the bidder grant access to the offer documents after a plausibility check has been carried out.
