Description:
The Technical University of Berlin plans to award a framework agreement on planning and technical advice for electrical engineering (ELT) in relation to the buildings of the Tech-Niche University of Berlin. There will be 4 contractors for the same scope of services for everyone Technical planning services of the cost groups mentioned under Section 2.3 of the LV.
Framework agreement Elt planning for the Technical University of Berlin
The contractor should (AN), in particular the department "Planning Elektro Technology", should be as much as possible when exercising his tasks Support TGA planning flexibly and quickly.
The focus of the activity is on planning for new installations, conversions and renovation-gen during ongoing use.
The services to be provided are services of TGA planning in the Plant groups according to § 53 HOAI (as of November 24, 2023) and fee zones according to Annex 15 number 15.2:
Zone I, II and III
The focus here is above all:
- Renewal of lighting against LEDs inside and outdoors
- Renewal USV systems,
- Renewal safety lighting systems,
- Renewal of lecture hall lighting with lighting control
- Renewal of sub -distributors and switchgear
- Renewal of remote control barriers,/ bollards with associated control
Central and high-voltage systems are except for the range of systems to be processed.
