Framework agreement empty apartment renovations for a not yet concluded number of apartments (approx. 560 WE) for GWG SPE in the years 2026-2029
Quantity No. 1 for the empty apartment renovations of a number of apartments (approx. 252 WE) for GWG Spe in the Years 2026-2029
It is intended to award empty apartment renovations in the course of the GWG SPE for around 140 apartments annually in the year 2026 to 2029. Electrical work, painting work, masonry/demolition work, carpentry/carpentry work, top floor work, tile work and cleaning work.
The individual order per apartment comprises the entire functional width of an apartment modernization, which is why individual bidders or bidding communities must each can cover all of the trades listed.
