- Framework agreement for environmental construction support (UBB) - Lot 4: Special UBB species group amphibians/reptiles This award procedure provides on-demand services for general environmental construction support in the course of locally separate projects and operations on federal highways within the route network of the Federal Autobahn GmbH, Dresden branch, Großenhainer Straße 7, 01097 Dresden (client (client)). The transferred service is called up as part of a mini-competition in which all contractors submit of a project-specific offer based on the framework contract. The contractor with the most economical offer will be awarded the contract for the requested service. The quantity rates were for 40 locally separate projects and operations and one The contract term is determined to be four years. The actual billing quantities per project are based on the offer that must be submitted as part of the mini-competition with a specific project reference. The respective one in the framework contract The agreed unit price applies as the maximum amount, regardless of the billing quantity. The unit price in the mini-competition may not exceed that of the framework agreement. You are entitled to receive a guaranteed amount of individual services the contractor (AN) does not.
