Framework agreement for the delivery and maintenance of network components/systems from the manufacturer Extreme Networks and the associated services
This Nettings are installed in nationwide distributed agencies and essentially equipped with components and business -supporting systems from the manufacturer Extreme Networks. In addition, a cross-manufacturer's monitoring and analysis system is operated.
Subject of this EVB-IT Framework system delivery contract is the delivery* of the Extreme Networks Systems described below, including the production of operational readiness* by the contractor, based on a purchase contract and - as far as agreed below - the system service with the service levels Extreme partner works (plus) and extreme works (Premier). The continued preservation of the most important inventory systems with service level Extreme Works Premier is sought.
