Description:
In its financial and risk controlling, NBank uses modules from the integrated software solution THINC from msg GillardonBSM AG as well as its own IDV for consistent risk- and value-oriented overall bank management. In addition, SAP serves as a core banking system. In this environment, technical and professional extFurther support is required due to necessary adaptation and expansion measures as well as for selected line activities. In order to be able to implement regularly planned and, if necessary, selective or event-related support activities, this should be achieved through external supportrden.
The service is divided into two lots:
Lot 1: Financial controlling
Lot 2: Risk controlling
Up to two framework contracts will be tendered for the service. These have the following running times:
1. Basic term: From the award of the contract until December 31, 2024
2. Term of the extension optionion 1: 01/01/2025 to 12/31/2025
3. Duration of extension option 2: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026
The service to be provided for the individual subject areas and lots, including the person-days to be taken into account for the framework, will be described in more detail below. The specific performanceen are specifically agreed between the client and the contractor in advance of a service to be called up (with the individual call-off). Due to the diversity of possible tasks, a conclusive list is not possible at this point.
