- The benefits are divided into seven regional, the Bundeswehr Loose competence centers. Each lot includes the full range of services of the tender, see also Appendix C-02 Services. The client (AG) is therefore looking for "full service providers". Up to seven are commissioned that - the planning, - the complete establishment (including infrastructural requirements), - the operation (exclusive loading back) and - the delivery with electricity of the charging infrastructure fully take over within the relevant lot area. The milestones of the respective lots are defined as follows: Lot 1 (keel): Construction and commissioning of the approx. 2,684 LP in various phases in the first 30 months after the surcharge
