The aim of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement via a full-service agency for the mailing activities (= donation letters) of the DRK e.V. General Secretariat.

We are looking for a full service agency with Experience in fundraising, with which a framework agreement on the conception, creation, production processing and project control of the DRK mailing program (= donation letters) is to be completed. The existing mailing concepts should be further developed, donor is tied and won new donors become. The focus of the mailing activities is on donation, new -donor acquisition. The DRK has many years of experience in dialogue marketing. The tender is basically about postal donation letters (= mailings). Different tasks are made in the DRK's mailings Communicated as an example from the statutory spectrum of the DRK - as well as commodity and abroad and abroad. In recent years, the DRC has sent mailings with an average total circulation in the medium single -digit million range. The total circulation is based on an internal Strategy and external market influences. The editions per mailing vary depending on the objective, the target groups and the time of shipping vary. Over 65 mailings are sent a year.
