Description:
Hamm.Invest GmbH (subsidiary of the city of Hamm) is tendering a framework agreement for the construction of up to three fire station houses by a general contractor. The fire station houses are almost identical in construction and are to be built in the districts of Heessen, Uentrop and Bockum. When the contract is awarded, the client initially only undertakes to call up the GU services for the Heessen location. For the other two locations, the client can access the corresponding GC services at a later point in time during the term of the framework agreement, whereupon but the contractor has no legal claim.

Those covered by the framework agreement Fire department equipment houses are each divided into two areas, one the vehicle hall and the other the social wing. The Fire station houses are free on the property. The design of the supporting structure for the social wing and the vehicle hall can be made of masonry or concrete. The buildings will have a closed facade made of facing bricks (clinker) with light strips and windows as well as a green roof. The In addition to the buildings, general contractor services also include all of the outdoor facilities.
