Description: The Agricultural Chamber of North Rhine-Westphalia intends to give a framework agreement for general planner services in four loans for the properties listed in the documents. For the award procedure, the regulations of the fourth part of the law against competition restrictions (§§ 97 ff. GWB) and the Regulation on the award of public contracts (VGV). The awarding of the services takes place in accordance with § 17 VGV in the negotiated procedure with participation competition.
The estimated value of the services to be retrieved is valued at 564,115.60 euros over the entire duration of the contract of four years (estimate). However, it can not be ruled out that the annual power requirement per lot, regardless of the provision of §4 (5) of the framework contract, is under the estimated costs of net € 141,028.90.
