Description:
The University of Bayreuth intends the allocation of two framework agreements in the area of green maintenance work. The required performance in Los 1 is the free cut of the guest breeds run by the campus. The care of the green areas that surround the parking spaces on campusis divided between Los 1 and lot 2. The care includes the divorce of the hedges and mowing the surrounding lawn.
Lot limitation: Each bidder can only receive the surcharge for a lot. The surcharge decision takes place on the basis of the cheapest offer price, taking into account theExcitation criteria. If a bidder gives the cheapest offer in both lots, he only gets the surcharge for the lot with the higher order value.
