- AGKAMED issues a framework agreement for the procurement of home textiles in the name and on behalf of the authorized member institutions named in Annex 1. Framework agreement for home textiles - AGKAMED GmbH AGKAMED writes in the name and a framework agreement for the procurement of home textiles for the account of the authorized member institutions named in Annex 1. The framework agreement has a basic term of twelve (12) months from the award of the contract and can last up to the respective period The maximum total term specified in the tender documents can be extended through extension options. There is no entitlement to retrieval or acceptance. The quantities and configurations specified in the tender documents are non-binding Estimated values and may vary during the contract term within the defined performance and option framework. A framework agreement is concluded without an obligation to purchase. The framework agreement comes with the additional option of granting all Special conditions with a binding purchase commitment and market share regulation p. a. completed by the cooperation and service partners with a maximum of 2 business partners. The retrieval of goods/services takes place through separate individual orders of the individual cooperation or service partners who are based on the conditions of this contract.
