Description:
The subject of the tender is a framework agreement for the purchase of HPE servers of the proliant series and successor as well as maintenance.the proliant series and successor, if necessary, with pre -installed* operating system software (in particular, operating software, such as understanding firmware or driver software), including to dispose of the installation media, installation (if in individual accessagreed), brought about operational readiness* (e.g. by listing* the products and installation of the associated standard software*) and documentation (if agreed in the individual call) and other services within the framework of the delivery. In addition, this framework agreement serves as the basis forThe maintenance of the hardware with the restoration of the operational readiness (disruption), the hotline, permanent transfer available program stands of the pre -installed* operating system software (e.g. firmware, microcode or driver software) and 5 years HPE Tech Care Basic incl.Defective Media Retention (DMR) HW ONLY for components from the manufacturer HPE by single order.
