- The framework agreements are concluded for a basic term of 2 years (24 months) with the option of extending twice by 12 months each. Lot 1: Purchase of HSM hardware (including accessories) and transfer of licenses (permanently) via the Utimaco price list (Product Group "Hardware" and "Licenses"): The maximum purchase quantity within the scope of the hardware and license purchase in lot 1 is set at a maximum order volume of 6,070,000.00 euros (net) over a maximum of 48 months. Maintenance and servicing: The maximum call quantity within the scope of the maintenance/maintenance services in lot 1 is set at 7,320 months (for all HSM hardware products; existing and new purchases) over the contract term of a maximum of 48 months. Product-related services: The maximum call volume for the implementation/installation and retrofitting of the HSM products in lot 1 is set at 1,552 person-hours over the contract term of 48 months. Lot 2: Product-related Training services The provision of services in Lot 2 is based on effort with an upper limit of a maximum of 90 training days over the contract term of a maximum of 48 months.
