The Deutsche Bundesbank intends to award a framework agreement on the implementation and further development of potential analysis procedures for junior executives interested in leadership in the senior and higher civil service. The scope of services includes in particular the conception, implementation and Further development of the procedures (approx. 12 procedures each year with up to 6 participants each), the creation of individual result reports, the use of a digital evaluation tool and the qualification of the observers.
