Description:
The bidder carries out the exhibitor and visitor surveys for the client's own events on the Messe Essen grounds using trained market research employees who have been specifically instructed in the project with regard to the following points through: - Questionnaire conception - Conducting the exhibitor survey on site (paper pencil) - Conducting the visitor survey on site (online-based) / alternatively online - Evaluations in table form/cross tables - Evaluations including customer retention and loyalty analyzes - individual exhibitor evaluations.
