Description:
Framework agreement for the introduction of a telecommunications system (as a cloud PBX) including terminal devices and other services for the schools in the Wetterau district.
Further information on the scope of services can be found in the attached service description (25-5-006_02a_Performance Description_Cloud-PBX All-IP).
The As part of the All-IP project, Wetteraukreis plans to update the entire telephony system for around 450 users and around 1,350 extensions at 86 schools / a total of 108 locations to a technically and functionally modern and future-proof telecommunications solution.
2019 was within the framework In a first project stage, the actual status is collected and documented. There was a need for action in particular due to the need to convert to SIP-based telecommunications connections by switching off ISDN.
As part of this first step, all external telephone connections were equipped with routers and switched to IP. The existing telecommunications systems were retained.
The internal network structure at the schools was completely modernized as part of the "DigitalPakt Hessen" and is at a sufficient level for IP telephony so that all necessary functions are implemented can.
