Framework agreement for the Langes Feld industrial estate - green space maintenance.
The city of Kassel is awarding landscaping maintenance work for the compensation and replacement measures for the future Langes Feld industrial estate.
The landscaping maintenance work for the long field is to be carried out for the period fromone year with the option of being able to extend it three times for 12 months each, to companies in the gardening and landscaping sector. The maintenance work consists of the constantly recurring basic maintenance and landscaping work.
The areas are made up as follows:
4.60 haFlowering areas (located in the entire urban area)
20.00 ha of grassland
1.75 ha of hollows
7.40 ha of wooded areas
381 St trees
Due to the scope of the work, the following information:
Use of large agricultural equipment
Cooperation with farmers
Grazing by local Shepherd
The MissionThe volume of the services to be awarded each year can be changed according to area, weather conditions and the intensity of care. Increasing and declining services are also to be accepted by the Contractor during the vegetation period without any claims by the Contractor against the AG for compensationor change of unit prices. The construction management reserves the right to postpone execution dates within the individual positions, or to partially or completely suspend them.
The unit prices offered are valid for one year.
