Description:
The city of Neumuenster employs around 1,800 employees who, according to the collective agreement for the deferred compensation for the purpose of leasing bicycles in the municipal public service (TV bicycle leasing) or Section 19 (2) of the Law of the State of Schleswig-Holstein, on the salary of the civil servantsand officers and judges (SBESWIG -Holstein - SBESG) could fundamentally use the offer of
bicycle leasing. Bidders must be able to use all incoming leasing cases. Various bicycles and electric bikes/pedelecs, are to be offeredwhich are classified as bicycles (without a license plate and insurance obligation).
Framework agreement leasing bicycles for employees for the period 01.01.2026-31.12.2029
For each bike, a leasing individual contract with a contract duration of 36 months must be concluded. In the senseThe contract includes the insurance and maintenance services of a good service level.
A certain acceptance of bicycles cannot be guaranteed. According to the experience of the past, an annual new acceptance of 50 is predicted. The maximum value is assumedthat an average of 50 employees re -use the bicycle leasing offer every year during the contract period and does not exceed the number of leasing contracts 150 at the same time.
