- The Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Nuclear Safety and Consumer Protection (BMUV) is the responsible specialist department for the participation administration of the Federal Society for End storage MBH (BGE), Society for Intermediate storage mbH (BGZ), Society for Plant andReactor safety gGmbH (GRS) and the future -Umwelt -aesellschaft gGmbH (Zug). In this context, the BMUV for fundamental matters of the participations and the cooperation with the companies is essential questions as well as for the preparation and accompaniment of committees such asSupervisory boards, shareholders' meetings and participation talks are responsible.
In connection with the BMUV's participation management, it is intended to award legal support services. The service provider should have legal questions, but also fundamental questions,Process in particular in the form of expert statements and support the BMUV in the planning, implementation and the examination of possible legal risks of projects.
A framework agreement is chosen for the simplification of the administrative effort.
The performanceserves the support of the BMUV as part of its departmental responsibility. For all work steps, the contractor has to provide close coordination with the BMUV as the client (AG'Ein). For the entire term of the contract, a project management is a constant contact person and aTo name representation. The following services must be provided in detail:
