• Description:
• The subject of the service are services for the individual software “Living in Munich” (WIM) described in the tender documents (service description), for the WIM online portal, “SozialesWohnenOnline” (SoWon), and the EAIs belonging to SoWon and WIM as well as for newly developed modules with which the client will gradually replace the WIM software. The contracting parties conclude a framework agreement. The framework agreement will run for four years (48 months) with just one Economic operators closed. The main component is care services on a contractual basis. The specific order is made by individual order (call-off) by the client. The subject of individual calls can be both work and services be services. The client is currently assuming the following estimated requirement quantity (estimated quantity), calculated over four years: - Service/consultancy/support services: approx. 8,000 person-hours / per year Overall, this results in a need of approximately 32,000 person-hours (estimated quantity) over the contract term of four years. Of this, at least 19,200 man-hours will be taken. The maximum value of the framework agreement is a maximum of 5,000,000 euros plus VAT.
