Framework agreement- lot 1: Microsoft services (advice, implementation, support) The client intends to commission a service provider to provide advice, implementation and support services in the area of Microsoft 365 and Azure. Migration and the operation of the Microsoft cloud and collaboration services with optimal use of the specified budget. In particular: - setup, configuration and integration of Microsoft 365 services in the existing IT infrastructure, - migration of existing Systems and data, - implementation of security and governance structures, - implementation of training and change management measures, - provision of a central service desk as a single point of contact (SPOC), - ongoing advice on technical and non -technical questions, - Support in the further development of the Microsoft environment. Service days serves exclusively to evaluate the price sheet. die Contract duration is only binding as part of the individual calls within the framework agreement. therefore do not represent a binding order quantity, but only a fictitious basis for comparison for the offer. actual Commission is carried out depending on the needs of the client and within the framework of the available total budget.
