Description:
The Federal Office for Family and Civil Society Tasks (BAfZA) has to award a framework agreement on the implementation of a feedback procedure "Leadership feedback in the team dialogue" from 01/2026 for the individual organizational units of the BAFZA as required. The contract must be signed by the end of 2025.
The feedback instrument "Leadership Feedback in Team Dialog" is an instrument for improving management and cooperation in 2025. It is regulated by a service agreement "Leadership feedback in the team dialogue" and replaces the unnecessary classic leadership fleedback (90 °). For the conception, five focus group discussions with various target groups at different hierarchical levels were carried out in advance in order to adequately map the respective expectations to the team dialogues and to adapt the feedback instrument to the variety of BAFZA. All findings from the focus group discussions and the pilot phase were taken into account in the "Leadership feedback in the team dialog" concept. The "leadership feedback in the team dialogue" was piloted and conceptually optimized by three team dialogues.
